I was reluctant to start using a DMS program, but after getting started and using ShiftPoint I am extremely satisfied. I am much more organized and am able to keep in better touch with my customers. ShiftPoint allows for much better customer service and getting repeat business. After using ShiftPoint now I don't know how my business could functioned without it!
