ShiftPoint and Other Optional Services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Service") is provided by ShiftPoint, its affiliates, licensors, and various third-party companies (collectively, "ShiftPoint").

DMS: Including Inventory management, CRM (Contact Management), Shop Ticketing, Buy Here Pay Here, Required State Forms, Sales Tax, Sold and Inventory Reports: 70+ other reports included.

WEBSITE: Mobile friendly website with security certification: ShiftPoint will host the domain name provided by and owned by the Lessee. Lessee will own and pay for all cost associated with maintaining the Lessee domain name (Approx $15/year). Website options include the following pages: "Home", "Inventory" "Inventory Detail" "About Us", "Contact Us", "Application Page", "Trade-In Inquiry", "Inquiry", "Staff", "Testimonial", "Repair", "Test Drive", "Loan FAQ" and link to "Open Safety Recalls". Other pages can be customized an added with ShiftPoint and Lessee agreement. Website will include free feeds to car guru, Vast, Auto Shopper and others. Feeds to paid sites include, Cars.com, AutoTrader CarGuru and other sites at ShiftPoint's discretion. Lessee is responsible to verify data has arrived as expected.

LICENSE: A License is defined as an install of ShiftPoint on a computer or web access via iPhone or Web browser to allow for data entry of vehicles. Each additional license will be charged at the rate shown below.

Lessee use of this Service constitutes Lessee acceptance of this User Agreement ("Agreement"). Further details are in the software under "ShiftPoint License" and at http://shiftpointsolution.com/learn-more/shiftpointagreement.pdf, and by reference herein, are made part of the agreement. Lessee wishes to use either Website, DMS or both as described below:

ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER AUTHORIZATION FORM

SERVICE FEES: All fees will by automatic deduction from Lessee's checking account. As a duly authorized check signer on the financial institution account identified below, I authorize you to perform electronic funds transfer debits and/or credits from the account identified below for payments due or when applicable, apply electronic funds transfer credits to the same.

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION: Website only: $75/mo, DMS only $100/mo, Website and DMS $150/mo, (1st time user Website and DMS $100/mo for initial 6 months, then $150/mo. All options include 1 license + $20/mo ea additional license

YOUR PRICING: Today: One Time Withdrawal, Above rate is prorated until 1st of month, thereafter on the 1st of each month the above rate will be charged.

If any such electronic debit(s) should be returned by my financial institution as unpaid (Non-Sufficient or Uncollected Funds), I authorize, ShiftPoint, to collect a returned item fee of $25.00 per item by electronic debit from the same account identified below. For accounting purposes, all electronic debits will be reflected on the monthly bank statement that corresponds with the financial institution account identified below. If unpaid, ShiftPoint reserves the right to cancel account with no notice.
